OUR SHIPPING POLICY
SoIndigoLLC offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.
Please take notice that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.
Also, please allow 24-48 hours processing time in addition to the shipping times while we get your order ready to be shipped.

Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping on USA and International orders over $100.

Processing Time
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will process and ship your order items which are in stock, and process a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
